Bill David - Chief Executive Officer & Principal
Specializing in design-build, commercial construction from interior build-out to ground-up construction projects, Bill has been involved in the construction industry for more than 40 years.
Bill has a strong background in the medical facility construction field and more than 10 years experience in plant operations. Bill has provided on-site job supervision as well as comprehensive project and program management. In addition Bill‘s main goals is to develop relationships with new and existing clients to identify scope of projects, submit proposals, manage bid responses and effectively provide services within project timelines. Hands-on management of projects including subcontractor oversight and interfacing with city agencies to ensure projects are built according to plans and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory guidelines.
